Body & facial sculpting

Body and facial sculpting, as practiced at Solace, draws from traditional cupping principles that have been refined through modern bodywork and lymphatic approaches.

In recent decades, dynamic silicone cupping techniques — including systems such as Bellabaci — have evolved to allow cups to be moved gently across the body and face, rather than applied statically. This shift has enabled a more fluid, responsive approach focused on circulation, lymphatic movement, and tissue tone rather than deep decompression alone.

Bellabaci-style cupping represents a contemporary adaptation of older cupping traditions, designed to work with the body’s natural rhythms and fluid systems in a gentler, more adaptable way.

How this is used at Solace

At Solace, body and facial sculpting is used in a nervous-system–led, non-invasive way.

Dynamic silicone cups are glided across the skin with care, supporting movement of lymphatic fluid and encouraging circulation through the tissues. The focus is on responsiveness and flow rather than force, with techniques adapted continuously based on comfort, tissue response, and overall nervous-system state.

Sessions prioritise gentleness, presence, and regulation. Bellabaci-style cupping is never used aggressively and is always integrated thoughtfully within the broader context of a session.

What this may support

People often experience body and facial sculpting as supportive when navigating:

~ a sense of heaviness or stagnation in the body or face

~ mild fluid retention or sluggish circulation

~ a desire for lightness, tone, and tissue responsiveness

~ sessions focused on circulation and lymphatic support rather than deep bodywork

Experiences vary from person to person, and techniques are always adapted to comfort, consent, and what the body is showing on the day.

What this is not

Body and facial sculpting at Solace is not a cosmetic or weight-loss treatment.

It is not designed to force change, reduce fat, or create dramatic or permanent alteration of body shape. Results are subtle, individual, and influenced by many factors.

This modality is not remedial in nature and is not used to treat pain or injury.

How this appears in sessions

Body and facial sculpting may be offered as a standalone experience or incorporated into longer Solace treatments, where circulation- and lymph-focused work feels appropriate.

You don’t need to request specific techniques or understand the mechanics of cupping systems. Sessions are practitioner-led, and choices are made with care, based on what best supports comfort, regulation, and ease.
