Shipping Policy

Solace Synergy ships physical products within Australia using Australia Post.

This policy explains how orders are shipped, how costs are calculated, and where responsibility lies during delivery.


1) SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via Australia Post flat-rate satchels or boxes, selected based on the size and weight of the item.

If it fits safely in the box, we ship it.


2) SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer.

We do not offer free shipping.
This reflects the real costs involved in packing, handling, and lodging parcels.


3) PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically packed and lodged within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods, please allow additional processing time.

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are controlled by the carrier and are outside our control.


4) SHIPPING INSURANCE

All parcels are sent with shipping insurance included.

This protects against loss or damage while the parcel is in transit.


5) RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Solace Synergy is not responsible for:
• delays caused by Australia Post
• parcels lost or delayed in transit
• damage occurring during delivery
• incorrect addresses supplied at checkout

If a parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist you with the insurance claim process where applicable.


6) TRACKING

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
